Aging and Disability Resource Center Grant (ADRC)
Three-year grant to establish Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) in Vermont. Aging and Disability Resource Centers are designed to serve as highly visible and trusted places in the community where people of all ages and incomes can turn for information on the full range of long term support options and serve as a single point of entry for access to public long term support programs and benefits.
